🏕️ Meerlieu, VIC – From 30 October 2026, minimum 12 months – Holiday park coordinator – Paid position
Roseneath Holiday Park at Meerlieu, Victoria is looking for a reliable, responsible and enthusiastic Park Coordinator to help support the day-to-day running of the park.
The position is available from 30 October 2026 and requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
Singles and couples are welcome to apply.
The role
The successful applicant will work closely with the park owner and help coordinate the daily operation of the park.
Duties may include:
✅ Assisting with day-to-day park operations
✅ Communicating with guests and long-term residents
✅ Managing bookings and guest enquiries
✅ General administration
✅ Using basic computer and booking systems
✅ Coordinating routine maintenance
✅ Helping resolve day-to-day operational issues
✅ Keeping the park organised, welcoming and running smoothly
Pay
💰 $26–$30 per hour
Depending on experience, agreed hours and roster arrangements, the employer estimates potential annual earnings of approximately:
$50,000–$60,000

✅ Able to communicate clearly
✅ Comfortable with basic computer systems
✅ Proactive and willing to help wherever required
✅ Able to follow instructions and solve day-to-day problems
✅ Available to commit for at least 12 months
Previous experience in a caravan park, holiday park or accommodation business would be highly regarded.
Working Holiday applicants
Working Holiday / Work & Travel applicants are also welcome, provided they are able to commit to the position for at least 12 months.
