I should say this more often. There are more employers on this site making OFFERS than posting ADS.
That means that you really, really need to have something meaningful in your resume section.
Like you, employers want information. So if they search for nomads and there is no information then they skip to the next person!
All you have to do is LOG IN and go to the My Resume part and fill it in:
Make sure you:
- Choose a Category
- Put in a Short but Specific Headline
- Put as much in the Profile Summary as possible
- Press Save
Like this:
Employers are looking every day, so if you are blank – you are missing out.
