As a Supervisor, you’ll lead and coordinate maintenance and construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare tenders, quotes, and project documentation for maintenance contracts and building projects.
• Supervise staff, subcontractors, and project delivery.
• Conduct building condition assessments and manage inspections, including asbestos testing.
