I am looking for caretakers to help to look after my small caravan park in Scone, NSW. Located within the town center, the park is about one arc land, with a few self-contained cabins, and park-owned vans with and without ensuite. We provide accommodations for workers, trade persons, and professionals who come to work in the Upper Hunter area. Most of our guests are renting our vans/cabins on a weekly/monthly basis. As such, there is no daily check-in check-out. While your work is limited, you are required to live in the caravan park and keep your eyes on what is happening. I spend a couple of days in the caravan park as well. When I am in the park, you are free to do what you like.
Preferably, you are retired and semi-retired persons, single or a couple. Ideally, you have your travel van, we provide a powered site for you. Otherwise, we may provide a van for you.
