A rural property near Coonamble, New South Wales is looking for a reliable caretaker couple from 5 February through to 10 March 2027.

This is a short-term paid caretaking opportunity with relatively light duties and would suit a couple who enjoy country life, are comfortable around animals and are happy to keep an eye on the property while the owners are away.

The role

Duties will include:

✅ Feeding and caring for the family cat
✅ Watering the garden
✅ Checking livestock waters
✅ Keeping an eye on livestock
✅ General light caretaking around the property

Who they’re looking for

The position would suit a couple who are:

✅ Reliable and responsible
✅ Comfortable working independently
✅ Happy around livestock and animals
✅ Practical and able to deal with minor issues if they arise

Some previous farm or rural property experience would be preferred, but extensive experience is not essential.
