Caretaker/Lawn Maintenance Couple Required

PROPERTY

White Gum Estate is located 10km out of Kununurra. 100 acres, filled with White Gums and Boabs amoung other natives. A sandy creek which runs through the middle of the block for the majority of the wet season.

THE JOB

Mick & Chelsea are slowly developing the estate which currently requries extensive slashing and mowing amoung many other jobs - developing retic, garden beds, lawns, chicken coup etc

White Gum Estate is a blank canvas which they are slowly turning into their dream.

LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a self contained couple who would like to assist with the maintance & development of White Gum Estate. We have plenty of land, power and water in return. If you think this might be a perfect work life retirment balance please reach out to us.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lawn mower & tractor experience a must
• Self contained accommodation

We currently have an application in for a second sewerage but currently no ablution block available.

PS. We also have a 2 year old and 1 year if you are missing your grandies 🙂
