Expressions of interest are being sought for the position of Caretaker at the Parkes Showground.

The caretakers package includes a 1-bedroom cottage (unfurnished) with electricity, water and gas included plus a small weekly payment.

The caretaker will be responsible for overseeing the showground including:

• Collecting camping and stabling fees and preparing a weekly reconciliation of takings to match receipts.
• Daily cleaning of amenities blocks, rubbish removal and minor repairs & maintenance
• Mowing (ride on mower) and grounds maintenance

It is expected this position is equivalent to approx.. 24 hours per week
