Caretakers for Accommodation facility in Armidale

We are looking for a dynamic duo to manage a accommodation facility in Armidale New South Wales, 5 hours from Sydney and 6 hours from Brisbane.

The facility is a former motel that is now a private facility housing 76 pacific workers in 8 townhouses and 12 cabins.

The successful applicants would be a couple with their own caravan that can park it on a powered site and the duties would be caretaker duties including maintenance and cleaning of rooms, mowing and looking after the vehicle fleet that the workers use to travel to work.

A very attractive renumeration package is available for the right candidates.

Immediate start and 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend if both parties agree to at the conclusion of the three-month contract.
