Farmer / Machinery operator ~ odd jobs / garden/cottage care 1-4 months

Cottage and garden beside the beautiful Dawson River needs caretaking and maintaining for 1-4 months.  Recently fenced, lived in and maintained - needs lawn watered, mowed and a few odd jobs (such as installing pressure pump to rain water tank) being done in exchange for a place to park up and enjoy the wide open spaces for a while. Cottage is on a large working beef cattle farm with a lot going on. 

Right now we need a farmer / tractor driver to assist with putting in crops and managing irrigation in the short term.  Sound mechanical knowledge a bonus. 

Other odd-job and/or paid larger project work (fencing, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, farming) may be available depending on skills and desire to be occupied. Access to river and sandstone mountains for adventure or relaxation.  Suitable for couple/single who generally sleep in their van and can use some space to expand out into or enjoy having use of a kitchen to cook in etc.  Cottage is unfurnished but has kitchen and whitegoods and can supply basic furnishings if required.  Open to discussing options / possibilities. Located 15km from Cracow (a fun Pub) and 45km south of Theodore (IGA, newsagency, post office, medical, school, rural agencies and other services)
