Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of both the restaurant and motel, including guest services and daily operations.
• Manage and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service across both the restaurant and motel.
• Ensure high standards of service in both food & beverage offerings and accommodation experiences.
• Implement systems to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to business growth through marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and community involvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations for both the restaurant and motel.
• Handle staffing, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Assist with managing financials, including budgeting, reporting, and profit maximization.
