Short Term Cattle Station Position for Experienced All Rounder Couple

We are a family operated beef business located close to Blackall in central western Queensland.  We are seeking an active couple to with previous station experience to complete the following duties:

• Regular water runs including trough cleaning
• Basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Care for pets and animals while owners are absent
• Cleaning of residences
• Occasional cooking of meals
• Possible machinery work if experienced (grader, loader)
• Weed spraying

The following conditions will apply:

• Applicants must be capable of fixing water problems eg. Poly pipe leaks, float issues
• Accommodation provided in a comfortable 2-bedroom cottage with air conditioning, WIFI, electricity and meat
• Work 5 days per week unless otherwise negotiated
• The position is for a period of 3 months. Start date can be negotiated.
• A probationary period of 2 weeks
• Pay rate to be negotiated
